last days(from Wednesday till Saturday)
...don't remember everything but it wasn't as much every day some soup and vegetables and fruits of course, and sometimes a little bit of sweets but not to much i think i also lost some weight...but i forgot to look ~.~
today i ate a little instant soup, fruits(half of a grapefruit), and a hering(fish) i'm not as hungry right now yeah, i know, i have to eat more, because this is not enough... but i just can't actually i feel so low and powerless...everythings just boring and annoying...dunno maybe the weather? i miss my darling ;___;
tomorrow morning I'll weigh me >__< (maybe 59? *hope so*)

Tuesday 30th may
I've decided to write down each day what I've eaten and drunk
so, today: ~ 2 pfannkuchen mit etw. zucker ~ hühnerbrühe mit tomatenmark, nudeln und tabasco (XD) ~ ein karamellbonbon (naschen muss manchma sein^^) ~ fettarmer yoghurt mit mandarine ~ ananas ~ eine tomate
~ pu-erh tee ~ wasser
--> about 1200kcal(wegen den pfannkuchen =_=) only about 22g fat and 40g protein(too much >.<) and about *shocked* 180g carbohydrates O___O don't ask why as much (auf dieser seite berechnet: Kalorien Check )
result: no more flour- and wholemeal products (or extremely reduced)
